Black History Month Celebration Scheduled In Leander
With the theme of 'Black Migrations,' gathering is scheduled to take place at Hill Country Bible Church Leander, 11880 Hero Way West.

LEANDER, TEXAS — A Black History Month celebration is scheduled in Leander on Friday.
The Feb. 15 gathering at the Hill Country Bible Church Leander, 11880 Hero Way West, has the theme of "Black Migrations." The event is presented by Gigi Edwards Bryant, founder of GMSA Management Services and member of the Austin Community College District Board of Trustees.
Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. before the keynote address at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 per adult and $2 for those under 18. Door prizes will be featured. Tickets may be purchased through Leander Chamber of Commerce(link is external) online or by calling (512) 259-1907.
