We understand many are concerned with how last week's winter storm might have affected water bills. At the Thursday, February 25 City Council Meeting, City Council approved staff to move forward with the following:

  • Immediately suspend all late fees and service disconnections for non-payment until May 12
  • Calculate the new sewer rate using last winter's sewer average, instead of this winter's average.
  • Allow for City to provide for a 100% leak adjustment, instead of the normal allowed 50% adjustment
  • You must submit an application to be considered for an adjustment (Click here for PDF)
  • Waive normal $25 plumbing permit fee for 30 days
