CEDAR PARK, TX — City offices, the Cedar Park Public Library and the Cedar Park Recreation Center will all be closed on Thursday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.However, Cedar Park public parks and pools will be open on July 4, city officials said in a press advisory. City offices, the library and rec center will resume regularly scheduled business hours on Friday, July 5. Trash and recycling pickup will remain on schedule for the entire week, including on Thursday, July 4. Those who have Thursdays as the regular scheduled pickup day are asked to put out their trash and/or recycling totes as usual. The city also took the opportunity to attend the annual Fourth of July Parade and Celebration.
