Cedar Park Land Next To Indoor Arena Sold To Mystery Buyer

The 23-acre tract was sold for undisclosed amount, but is appraised at more than $3 million.

CEDAR PARK, TX -- A mystery buyer has purchased more than 23 acres of Cedar Park land that's appraised at $3 million.

The tract of land is located at 1201 E. New Hope Drive, adjacent to the Cedar Park Center. The Austin Business Journal reports an unidentified investment group bought the acreage for an undisclosed amount.

The Cedar Park Center is an indoor arena that is home to the Texas Stars of the American Hockey League, the Austin Spurs of the NBA Development League and the Austin Aces of World Team Tennis

The seller, Outland Limited, was represented by John T. Baird, Michael Kennedy and Jeff Bodenman of Avison Young.

As of last year, the 23.2-acre property was appraised at $3,045,888.
