Cedar Park Library To Close For Staff Development

CEDAR PARK, TEXAS — If your routine involves a morning trip to the library to soak up knowledge in a quiet setting, you'll be out of luck on Thursday. The library will be closed for staff training in the first part of the day.

The library at 550 Discovery Blvd. will be closed to the public from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., officials alerted in the municipal website. But a silver lining: The library will re-open after the staff training session at 1:30 p.m., according to the advisory.

The library's regular hours are Monday - Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday - Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The website is library1@cedarparktexas.gov, and the telephone number is (512) 401-5600.
