Cedar Park Man Busted For Possessing 8K Hits Of LSD
Cody Wayne Wahrmund, 31, was pulled over by police for having defective rear tail light when the find was later discovered.

CEDAR PARK, TX — A Cedar Parkman was charged with possession of 8,000 hits of LSD, according to a published report.
In a case that dates to October, Cody Wayne Wahrmund, 31, was indicted on Thursday for possession of a controlled substance, according to a report in the Austin American-Statesman. The charge is a first-degree felony punishable by up to 99 years in prison.
According to the report, a Cedar Park police officer pulled Wahrmund over for having a defective real tail light only to later notice what appeared to be a pipe marijuana residue in the back seat of the vehicle. After a search of the vehicle methamphetamine was found inside the car, according to the affidavit. The affidavit does not make clear where the LSD was found.

Wahrmund was released from the Williamson County Jail on Oct. 1 after posting on $8,000 bail.
