Cedar Park Is Metro Area's 5th Most Expensive For Rent
Zumper took a look at the 13 cities comprising the Austin metro area, finding Austin to be most expensive and San Marcos the least.

CEDAR PARK, TX — Cedar Park ranked at the 5th most expensive city to rent in the Austin metro area, according to a new study.
Officials at Zumper have published their latest Austin Metro Report for May 2019, showing findings related to the 13 cities in the metro area in terms of the most/least expensive cities and those with the fastest-growing rents.
According to the findings, the price of a one-bedroom apartment in Cedar Park remained flat at a median of $1,060, while two-bedroom units fell 1.4 percent to $1,400. The full report can be found by clicking here.

–Austin, TX rent grew $10 to $1,200 but continued to rank as the most expensive city.
–Georgetown, TX remained the second priciest city even though rent grew $50 to $1,120.
–Brushy Creek, TX moved up one spot, and into the top three markets, with rent climbing $40 to $1,100.
The Least Expensive
–San Marcos, TX saw rent drop $10 to $880 and stay the least expensive city.
–Wells Branch, TX was second with rent at $910.
–Kyle, TX rent remained at $980 and as the third most affordable in the metro.
