1. As the opioid crisis continues to impact countless families and communities, a Cedar Park mother is seeking to educate other parents on the issue. Becky Stewart started "A Change for Cam," named for her son who died from a pill laced with fentanyl, to educate families and students about the dangers of fake pills. Stewart organized a fentanyl awareness panel discussion, hosted last night at Hill County Bible Church, to answer other parents' questions about the deadly drug. (KXAN.com)
2. Let's glow riding! This Friday, Mar. 4, head over to the Cedar Park Recreation Center for Kaleidospoke, a family-friendly glow bike ride and afterparty. Attendees will travel around the one-mile paved path at the Recreation Center, which will feature unique LED light displays. The event is free, but RSVPs are required.
