Cedar Park Office To Close Over Holidays

CEDAR PARK, TX — Cedar Park officials outlined the city functions that will be closed during the holidays.

The City of Cedar Park city offices, recreation center and public library will be closed on Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 25 in observance of the Christmas holidays.

Normal trash and recycling will be picked up on Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 23 and 24. Trash and recycling will not be picked up Christmas Day, Dec. 25. The trash schedule will slide one day Wednesday (Christmas Day) through Friday. So if your regular scheduled day is Wednesday, December 25 it will be picked up Thursday; if your regular scheduled day is Friday it will be picked up Saturday.

Here's how it will shake out:

• Monday, Dec. 23 – normal pickup.
• Tuesday, Dec. 24 – normal pickup.
• Wednesday, Dec. 25 – no service.
• Thursday, Dec. 26 – picking up Wednesday’s service.
• Friday, Dec. 27 – picking up Thursday’s service.
• Saturday, Dec. 28 – picking up Friday’s service.

Please note: During Thursday, Dec. 26 through Tuesday, Dec. 31, both A & B week recycling will be picked up.
