Cedar Park Offices, Library, Rec Center Closed For Presidents Day
But trash and recycling pickup will go on as normally scheduled, city officials note.

CEDAR PARK, TX — City Hall, the city's Recreation Center and libary will be closed Monday in observance of Presidents Day.
Trash and recycling takes no holiday, however, and pickup of each remains on schedule, Cedar Park officials said on the municipal website.
The Recreation Center will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, Feb. 21, opening at 5 a.m. and the library will resume regular business the same day, opening at 9 a.m.

City officials add an important point: If Monday is your regularly scheduled trash and/or recycling day and your trash and/or recycling does not get picked up, it does not have to do with the Presidents Day holiday, as trash and recycling pickup remains on schedule.
"Rather, Central Texas Refuse is under new management and has several new crew members running routes," city officials said. "If, for any reason, your trash and/or recycling pickup gets missed, please submit a report to us at www.cedarparktexas.gov/reportaproblem or through your CPConnect mobile app - complete with your address and contact information."

In doing so, it will help city officials secure the services of someone to pick up trash and/or recycled items. The city also can be reached at (512) 401-5300 when we re-open on Tuesday, Feb. 21.
