Cedar Park Police ID Woman In Whitestone Boulevard Traffic Collision Who Later Died

CEDAR PARK, TX — Law enforcement officials on Monday identified the woman who died after succubing to her injuries in a late April traffic collision.

On April 24 at around 6:30 p.m., Cedar Park officers were dispatched to a crash involving a 2008 Dodge Ram and a 2013 Hyundai Elantra in the 900 block of West Whitestone Boulevard. The driver of the Dodge Ram was transported for medical care and released. The driver of the Hyundai, Raquel Kocher, 56, was taken to Saint David’s Round Rock where she died of her injuries on Wednesday, May 3.

According to police, Kocher was attempting to turn eastbound on Whitestone when she pulled in front of oncoming traffic.
