Cedar Park Police Seek Man Accused Of Exposing Himself To Child

CEDAR PARK, TX -- Police are seeking a man they say exposed himself to a child while in a bathroom at a Target store.

The incident is said to have taken place at the store at 1101 C-Bar Ranch in Cedar Park on Feb. 24. Still images from surveillance footage have been released toward the end of an arrest.

Police also noted the man has a peculiar walk, with his feet pointed inward. He was last seen driving a white, four-door vehicle with tained windows.
