Cedar Park Residents Invited To Learn More About Bell District
Residents can get glimpse into plans to redevelop key artery into an ambitious, multi-use project featuring office, dining and housing space

CEDAR PARK, TX — Cedar Park residents are invited later this month to experience a day in the Bell District, a corridor envisioned as a multi-use development featuring shopping, dining and office spice with amid a pedestrian-friendly complex dotted with residential units.
City officials in January tapped RedLeaf Properties to help transform Bell Boulevard into the ambitious real estate development now being envisioned. On June 19, members of the public are invited to learn more about the development in the making, which also will feature a new park fashioned from the Buttercup Creek Natural Area.
"Here, you’ll find everything you need to know — from maps and aerial photos, to master plans and community engagement activities — to show how we’re working with you to transform Bell Boulevard into a true destination," city officials wrote on a Facebook event page.

The city also has created a website page dubbed DestinationBellBlvd.com to further apprise the public of development updates. There are also a series of videos that have been produced dubbed "Bell in a Nutshell" clips (see the Spring 2019 version below).
The open house is scheduled on Wednesday, June 19, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the gymnasium at the Cedar Park Recreation Center, 1435 Main St.
