Homeowners encouraged to set up digital water meter accounts on portal allowing to see water usage, set alerts, detect leaks, more.
CEDAR PARK, TX — Amid the unforgiving heat of a Texas summer, Cedar Park residents often are taken off guard upon experiencing sticker shock at their high water bills as they scramble to preserve their lawns. To avoid this, city officials urge residents to set up their accounts on their digital water meter portal.

Those with an account on the digital portal but who haven’t logged in within the past year, will be prompted to create a new password. If, for any reason, residents are unable to log in, officials at the city's Utility Billing department are available to assist residents resolve their issues between Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
