As part of improvements to the intersection at Buttercup Creek/Bell Blvds., the contractor is closing outbound Buttercup Creek Blvd. Fri., 10/8, 9 p.m. to Mon., 10/11, 5 a.m. Traffic exiting the neighborhood will be detoured to Cluck Creek. One lane will be open for traffic entering from Bell:
