CEDAR PARK-LEANDER, TX - A major collision in Leander caused all Southbound lanes of Highway 183 to shut down Thursday. The crash occurred at about 2 p.m. on Sheila Drive and Highway 183, Leander police reported. Drivers were asked to avoid the area and find alternate routes."Please turn onto Sonny Drive and go to South West Drive. Turn left and take South West drive to Crystal Falls, turn left and you can get back on to [Highway] 183 if that is your route," the police wrote on social media.It is unclear at this time if any injuries occurred.
