Did Supernatural Forces Help Defeat Cedar Park High? (Video)

LEANDER, TX — The Cedar Park High Timberwolves are still nursing their wounds after a recent punishing loss against Manvel in Brazoria County, yielding a lopsided score of 56-17. It was a particularly hard pill to swallow given that it was a playoff game.

As reported by MaxPreps, Manvel got off to a terrific start against visiting Cedar Park with a 28-point offensive effort in the first half, giving them a quick 28-10 advantage. That momentum never lost steam, with Manvel racking up another 28 points in convincing fashion at last Friday's game.

The play of the game: A stunning move by Manvel senior Jalen Preston, who broke away for an 80-yard touchdown rush in the second quarter. Yeah, it was brutal for Cedar Park.

But some of us are now wondering if the opponent — more specifically, their cheerleaders — summoned otherworldly forces to help them secure the win. Hear us out: As a video that's now been shared seemingly across the globe, a Manvel cheerleader demonstrated what can only be described as gravity-defying maneuvers as part of her morale boosterism.

The video shows Ariel Olivar producing what appears, via context, to be an invisible foot stool of sorts, or perhaps a small box, created from thin air. She then seems to step on this invisible platform before quickly stepping off it, inducing gasps and exclamations from witnesses.

Olivar has since become a celebrity of sorts for her cheerleading prowess, invited to perform the feat on NBC's "Today" show on Tuesday. Others, meanwhile, have since tried and failed to duplicate the eerie move:
