Electronic Form Allows Cedar Park Residents To Report Problems For Rapid Fixes

The 'Report a Problem' form helps municipal officials identify a problem reported by residents 'so that we can fix it fast,' officials say.

CEDAR PARK, TX — City officials really want to help you. To that end, they've devised an electronic form residents can fill out to report a problem in their area and get a quick solution.

The City of Cedar Park Report a Problem Form helps municipal officials identify a problem reported by residents "...so that we can fix it fast," they said. Or, the same form can be used to provide feedback about the city's ebsite or customer service experiences.

"With your input, we can make our city work even better!" officials said.

On the form, residents should fill in your name, address, and daytime phone number so that they may keep the resident submitting the feedback informed. Then, residents mark the box which best describes the problem or your experience.

"If applicable, give us a brief description of the situation and where it is located," city officials suggest. "If the problem you are reporting requires immediate attention during normal business hours Monday through Friday, please call us at 512-401-5000 and press “0” to reach the operator."

There's also particular protocol for urgent matters: "If the problem you are reporting requires immediate attention after hours, on the weekend or during a holiday, please call 512-260-4600. Please do not use this form to report emergencies. For a police, fire, or medical emergency, always dial 911."
