1. AE Industrial Partners has reached an agreement to acquire a significant stake in Firefly Aerospace, a leading provider of launch and in-space vehicles. Headquartered in Cedar Park, Texas, Firefly is committed to providing economical and convenient access to space for small payloads. Firefly is committed to restoring U.S. leadership in the small-to-medium launch market while establishing international strategic partnerships. (PRNewswire)
2. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, a California-based brokerage firm, has negotiated the sale of a 21,061-square-foot retail strip center in Cedar Park. DeWitt Goss and Jeff Miller of Matthews represented the seller, Saadeh Properties, in the transaction. The buyer was Legacy Properties, and the center was 94 percent leased at the time of sale. 3. Baseball season is well underway at high schools in the Cedar Park-Leander area, and tomorrow, Leander's Vista High School Rangers will face off against the McKinney North Bulldogs in an 11:00 a.m. away game.
