  1. Burn Boot Camp will its doors in Cedar Park on January 24. The boutique fitness gym's grand opening event will be Jan. 24 at 205 Cedar Park Drive, Bldg. 2, Ste. 100, Cedar Park. It is currently in its soft opening phase. Once open, the gym will offer boot camp-style classes on a raised floor; child care will also be available. (Community Impact)
  2. A Central Texas nonprofit needs to move due to city growth. The Hoofbeat Academy, based in Manor and serves differently-abled students through horse therapy, is undergoing what The Yellow House Foundation in Cedar Park did when it had to move out of its building at the end of 2021. The Yellow House is eyeing a new location in Leander but awaiting approval. (KXAN)
