Hazardous Waste Cleanup Day Scheduled In Williamson County
Williamson County and Waste Management of Texas, Inc. will host the free event on Nov. 14 at the Williamson County Expo Center in Taylor.
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX — Williamson County and Waste Management of Texas, Inc. will host a free household hazardous waste collection event next month, oficials announced on Thursday.
The event is set for Saturday, Nov. 14, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Williamson County Expo Center, 5350 Bill Pickett Trail, in Taylor, Texas.
Residents availing themselves of this service are asked to wear a face covering, stay in their vehicles with windows rolled up, and let volunteers unload their cars. Participants also are asked to go through the line just once. If posssible, residents should bring products in the original containers, and should not mix or consolidate products. Also: Make sure containers are sealed properly to prevent leaking.
