High Speed Chase Leads To Murder Suspect's Arrest In WilCo
Nathan Gruensteiner, accused of murdering a man in Medina County, crashed his car in an open field, leading to his detention.
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX —A San Antonio murder suspect was arrested in Bartlett, Texas, after leading police on a chase, the Williamson County Sheriff's Office said.
In a tweet Monday morning, the sheriff's office said Medina County murder suspect Nathan Gruensteiner was arrested by deputies. According to the sheriff's office, the suspect crashed his vehicle into an open field in Bartlett after deputies attempted a traffic stop on State Highway 95 at State Highway 29.
The sheriff said on Twitter they were aided in the arrest by the Texas Highway Patrol. The suspect allegedly killed a man and injured another in Medina County on Sunday afternoon, according to the sheriff's office. The city of Bartlett encompasses both Williamson and Bell counties.
