New Hope Drive, the lounge-style bar will be open to the public Friday Nov. 6. The bar will host a friends and family launch the night before and will usually be open Thursday to Saturday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m, <a href="http://communityimpact.com/2015/11/04/bar-and-lounge-to-open-above-lone-star-grille-bubbas-backyard/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">reported Community Impact Newspaper.</a>Higher Ground's menu will differ from that of Lone Star Grille. The lounge will offer coktails, beer, wine and small plate appetizers. Other than eat and drink, patrons of Higher Ground will be able to play shuffleboard and electric darts. The bar will also feature leather lounge seating and a smoking area."It'll be a very club-like atmosphere just like you'd have downtown but you won't have to take a $55 cab ride to get there," General Manager Daniel Brewster told Community Impact.Brewster also told the newspaper that the lounge will have an upscale feel, but will be approachable and appeal to a wide range of people.
