Leander ISD Schedules College Fair In Cedar Park

CEDAR PARK, TX — College-bound high school students (and that should be all of you), take note: Leander ISD will be staging a college fair next week at Vista Ridge High School.

The Sept. 27 college fair at the high school, located at 200 S. Vista Ridge Blvd. in Cedar Park, is designed to educate prospective students on the admissions process, financial aid, scholarship opportunities, and more. Representatives from both four-year and two-year colleges and universities, trade schools and technical programs will be on hand to answer questions.

For those wishing to enter the military after high school, representatives from the U.S. Marine Corps will also be on hand.

Those wishing to attend can register ahead of time at gotocollegefairs.org. Click on TACRAO to get started on filling out the needed form to secure a bar code for use at the college fair. Visit the college fair website, and get yourself pumped up by watching the following video primer:

The fair is scheduled from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. An optional pre-session titled "How to Navigate the College Fair," is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Vista Ridge Performing Arts Center.
