LEANDER, TX -- Police continue searching for the a man wanted in connection to a Sunday evening shooting.Police said <a href="http://www.kvue.com/news/crime/police-searching-for-leander-shooting-suspect/128414025" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Juvenal Cruz Herrrera</a>, 42, is tied to a shooting that occurred on Dove Song Drive, located off West South Street, according to KVUE-TV. When police arrived at the scene, they found a man with a gunshot wound to the shoulder.The victim was taken to St. David's Round Rock Medical Center with injuries not believed to be life-threatening ones. Police describe Cruz-Herrera as six feet tall, weighing about 210 pounds. He was last seen wearing a light-colored, button-up short, blue jeans and cowboy boots. Police told the Austin-American Statesman the inciden appears to be related to some sort of family squabble. The man Cruz-Herrea is alleged to have shot is his girlfriend's brother, 49-year-old <a href="http://www.statesman.com/news/news/crime-law/man-accused-of-shooting-girlfriends-brother-leande/nq3kp/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Norman Retherford</a>.Police also said Herrera-Cruz may have wounds on his face and hands.As always in such situations, call 911 immediately if you spot the suspect rather than engaging him in any way.
