Lone Star Kolaches To Open Williamson County Location
Popular mom-and-pop kolache shop with six locations in Austin set to open this August in Georgetown, Texas.
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX — Lone Star Kolaches — the popular mom-and-pop kolache shop with six locations in Austin — will open its new location in Georgetown, real estate officials said on Monday.
Glenn Patterson, a commercial sales associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, co-represented the transaction. Located at 2500 Williams Drive, the building features 1,252 square feet with a drive-thru, on a .31-acre corner lot. It was placed under contract in a span of 24 hours and closed within 15 days, officials said.
The grand opening of the new Lone Star Kolaches shop is planned for August 2019.

“I’m happy to see more businesses and homeowners move into Georgetown," Patterson said. "With Georgetown being the seventh fastest-growing city in the country, I think we will see a growing demand for these types of commercial properties.”
