Man Charged For Allegedly Touching Girl Inappropriately In Cedar Park
Martin Gaona was a contractor working on a house when he was accused of indecency with a child and arrested, despite his denials.

CEDAR PARK, TX -- A San Antonio man is charged with allegedly touching a girl inappropriately at a Cedar Park home where he had been hired to perform work.
According to KVUE, officers were called to a home in the Cypress Bend subdivision shortly after 7 p.m. on Oct. 15 for a report of a sexual assault in progress. The victim's mother told a dispatcher that a contract worker later identified as Martin Gaona, 49, had touched her daughter (who is under 10 years old) inappropriately.
The girl is said to have told her parents about the incident, prompting them to call police.

Gaona acknowledged he had been in the room with the girl, but denied the allegation against him. Despite his assurance, Gaona was arrested on a felony charge of indecency with a child/sexual contact and booked into the Williamson County Jail under a $40,000 bond.
