Man Confesses to Starting Bank Fire While Wearing Miniskirt: Police
A man allegedly said he started a number of fires in Cedar Park last year.

CEDAR PARK, TX - Williamson County police said a man confessed to starting a bank fire in Cedar Park back in 2014.
Kirill Belchenko, 28, allegedly admitted that he started a fire Lone Star Bank on May 4, 2014, and did so in style. He also confessed to a number of other acts of arson.
According to KXAN, video surveillance footage from the incident shows a man wearing a mini skirt shooting the front door of the bank with a pellet gun. When the suspect got inside he was seen pouring liquid on the carpet and setting it ablaze.

Belchenko was arrested earlier this month for unrelated harassment charges, and while in the Williamson County Jail he reportedly provided a written statement that he was the culprit in the 2014 fires around Cedar Park, KXAN reported.
Belchenko is charged with arson and his bail is set at $150,000.
