'Movies In The Park' Slated In Cedar Park

CEDAR PARK, TX — Do you feel like taking in a movie but are averse to paying the admission cost? Well, you're in luck as the city's 'Movies in the Park' series is fast approaching for the fall.

On Sept. 13, The Secret Life of Pets 2 is scheduled for a 7:40 p.m. screening, while on Sept. 27, Dumbo will screen at 7:30 p.m. Brought to you by the city's Parks and Recreation Department, the free movies will be shown at Milburn Park, 1901 Sun Chase Blvd.

Those planning to attend are encouraged to bring their blankets and lawn chairs to enjoy a movie under the stars. Concessions won't be available, so movie fans can pack their own picnic. Glass containers are prohibited.
