The 5.2 acre tract being developed is located at the southwest corner of Discovery Boulevard and Main Street adjacent to the Cedar Park Recreation Center and near Cedar Park’s major economic corridor, Whitestone Boulevard (RM 1431)
The purpose of this project is two-fold: economic and community development. CP North Shore, LLC agrees to purchase and develop the tract from the City’s Community Development (Type 4B) Corporation and build two new restaurants (5,500-6,500 sf each), purchase and donate one sculpture for permanent installation in a future sculpture garden (up to $15,000) and construct a minimum of 41,000 square foot office building. This project will total 52,000-61,000 square feet of new taxable development. The City of Cedar Park, in turn, agrees to create a trailhead, dedicate, operate and maintain a future sculpture garden, install an underground storm water drainage pipe from Main Street to a water quality pond in Town Center and create reciprocal access to shared parking.
