Construction project valued at $690,225 represents a significant remodeling of the facility that added 4,000 square feet of space.

CEDAR PARK, TX — The public is invited to an open house celebrating renovations of the Precinct 2 Cedar Park Annex building next week, officials said.
The annex building at 350 Discovery Boulevard will be feted on Wednesday, April 4, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the open house where light refreshments will be served. The six-month long renovation costing $690,225 included a significant remodel of the Williamson County Tax Assessor-Collector’s offices adding approximately 4,000 square feet, officials said.
The office now features a drive-through window, an energy efficient lighting system, expanded lobby seating, more efficient work space, and additional workstations for future growth. The contractor was Falkenberg Construction Company Inc.
