Cedar Park Police Chief Sean Mannix provided this statement.

““I am proud of the Cedar Park Police Department team that investigated this case and appreciative of the Leander Police Department for their assistance in helping us track down Clarence Alexander Richardson. I find this arrest especially timely as we venture into the Halloween weekend when we freely open the doors of our homes to share in the tradition of trick or treating. We are all safer this holiday because this dangerous sexual predator is off of our streets.”
