Cedar Park police are asking the public to help identify a thief who returned to the scene of his crime and struck again.The suspect visited the Cedar Park Target on Oct. 17 and walked out of the store with unpaid Bose speakers. On Nov. 9 he did the very same thing at the same Target, this time walking away with a $600 Dyrson vacuum cleaner, police said in a bulletin.
