• Beautiful Surrender - A Trauma-Informed Restorative Workshop: Join Patsy & Nathan at Flow Yoga on Saturday, Nov. 18 from 2 PM - 4 PM for a two hour experience to learn about emotional mapping in the body - locating where different types of stress is held in different parts of the body. Workshop will include a restorative yoga sequence and a set of unique journaling exercises with the goal of assessing your current emotional state, understand how trauma shows up in the body, and conclude the workshop with the preparation to process it safely and comfortably. • Picnic with Peter & Pals: Safe In Austin will host it Picnic with Peter & Pals on Sunday, Nov. 19 from 2 PM - 5 PM. Families will have the opportunity to tour the property, meet the rescue dogs, cuddle with turkeys, play with the chickens, and snuggle with the kittens and puppies. Kids will also love running around the grounds with the goats and petting the ponies!
