CEDAR PARK, TX — Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 84-year-old man who suffers from cognitive impairment, officials said Tuesday.Jose Maria Cisneros was last seen at 2 a.m. on Tuesday at 1210 Sugarberry Dr. in Cedar Park, police said. The elderly man is believed to be driving a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis with Texas plates DFFL0197. The missing man is described as standing at 5' 7" in height weighing 185 lbs. He sports a gray mustache and has gray/black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a plaid shirt, a navy blue jacket pants and black orthopedic shoes. Family members are worried about his health and safety.
