Tiny Emissaries Of Love In Cedar Park Provide Valuable Lessons In Kindness
Primrose School at Vista Ridge kiddos' recent good deeds for less fortunate children will surely melt your heart.

AUSTIN, TX — Yes, we know St. Valentine's Day was a week ago. Yes, we're aware that there are pressing stories with global and geopolitical implications needing our attention. But sometimes, we world-weary journalists need a little pick-me-up with a story of heartstrings-tugging potential that can melt the corazon cockles of even the most hardened enemy of the American people.
We thought this story might tug at your heartstrings too.
Pre-K and Kindergarten students at Primrose School at Vista Ridge, 910 N Vista Ridge Blvd., in Cedar Park took time from their wondrous-filled days this past St. Valentine's Day to share the love with their diminutive contemporaries at Dell Children's Hospital and Austin Children's Shelter and Safe Place.

The effort was part of Mix 94.7’s Cards for Kids, featuring students and their families creating more than 200 handmade cards for children needing just a little extra love. The cards alerted the less fortunate kiddos not only they weren't forgotten, but loved.

We're going to leave it there, and let photos of the little messengers of love speak for themselves. Kinda gives you hope for the future, no?
