Full Schedule: Cedar Park Tree Lighting, Santa's Workshop
Cedar Park is about to transform into a winter wonderland.

Santa is coming to town, and he’s brining some lights with him.
The City of Cedar Park will announce the beginning of the holiday season Friday night with the Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony and Santa’s Workshop, according to the city website.
The event will start at 6:30 p.m. when a Cedar Park kindergarten or first grade student who has won the city’s coloring contest will flip a switch and turn on the tree lights. The festivities will take place at Heritage Oak Park, located at 875 Quest Parkway. After the lighting ceremony kids will be able to enjoy Santa’s Workshop, complete with games, arts & crafts and carriage rides.
