Whole Foods to Open New Concept Store in Cedar Park

365 by Whole Foods, a new concept that will offer less expensive products, is going to open in Cedar Park by 2017.

Cedar Park has been named as one of the locations that will receive a 365 by Whole Foods Market, the store’s attempt at offering the same quality of goods at a cheaper price.

Along with Cedar Park, Whole Foods has also signed leases in Cincinnati and San Francisco, according to a press release.

Jeff Turnas, the president of 365 by Whole Foods said in the release, that the Cedar Park location will be one of eight for the new concept

“We’re excited to have eight leases signed for our new store concept,” said Jeff Turnas, president of 365 by Whole Foods Market. “We continue to look for strong markets and locations where we can appeal to new customers seeking a fresh, healthy and convenient food experience.”

In July, Whole Foods had announced Bellevue, Washington, Houston, Portland, Oregon, and Santa Monica as the other locations five for 365 by Whole Foods stores.

The first three locations for the new concept store are set to open in 2016. It is not know which branches will be the first three. Up to 10 other 365 by Whole Foods are expected to open in 2017.
