Williamson County EMS Offering Life-Saving Class
Basic Life Support Provider class largely designed for those currently in healthcare profession or wishing to enter the field.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS — Williamson County EMS this week announced the upcoming offering of an American Heart Association BLS Provider class.
The Basic Life Support Provider class is primarily designed for those currently working in or those that wish to work in the healthcare profession, officials said. This is an instructor-led class that incorporates a video-directed approach to teaching.
Participants will learn how to perform CPR on adult, child and infant patients. Management of choking patients also will be covered. After successful completion of the written and skills testing, class participants will receive a course completion card from the American Heart Association.

TIME: 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
LOCATION: Williamson County EMS North Campus

COST: $39 (includes student manual)

- Registrants should select the location for Georgetown.
- Then, those registering should filter their search by entering the class date for both start and ending time.
- At this point in the process, a list of classes will be displayed.
- Those registering should then scroll until they find the Williamson County EMS class for which to sign up.
- Click the details button followed by the reserve button.
- Fill out the form and submit to complete the registration process.
