Williamson County Man Arrested For Pointing Rifle At Police Helicopter

Clint Noe, 39, learned the hard way that you don't aim at a police helicopter hovering above even if you don't plan to shoot it.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX – Sheriff's deputies arrested a county man accused of aiming a rifle at a police helicopter, officials said Monday.

The Williamson County Sheriffs Office was called to assist DPS after officials with that agency said a man was pointing a rifle at their helicopter while flying over a home in Thorndale, Texas.

The suspect was later identified as Clint Noe, 39. The man was booked into the Williamson County Jail after being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
