2 Conroe Men Arrested, Charged With Aggravated Kidnapping
Men released girlfriend to deliver ransom message to boyfriend's family in Spring, instead she calls police.

CONROE, TX -- Montgomery County Precinct 3 deputy constables arrested two men Tuesday night on charges of aggravated kidnapping, after investigators said they kidnapped a man and his girlfriend and attempted to demand a ransom.
According to deputies Brandon Proctor and Hancie Israel Perez-Archila kidnapped a man and his girlfriend, and then released his girlfriend and ordered her to send a ransom message to the man’s family in Spring.

Brandon Proctor was out on parole when he and his partner allegedly kidnapped a young couple. He's in the Montgomery County Jail where he is held without bond.

Hancie Israel Perez-Archila is charged with aggravated kidnapping and is the Montgomery County Jail in lieu of $100, 000 bond.
The man’s girlfriend called authorities and told them about the kidnapping, and where her boyfriend was being held.
Deputies searched the area of FM 242 and Lexington Road where they found the kidnapper’s car, and the kidnapping victim in a house in that area.

Proctor and Perez-Archila, both from Conroe were taken to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with aggravated kidnapping.
Perez-Archila is being held in lieu of $100,000 bond.
Proctor, who was on parole for aggravated robbery, is being held without bond.
