4th Of July And Brewery Events: This Weekend In MoCo

There are an abundance of 4th of July festivals in Montgomery County, and live music and brewery events round out the weekend entertainment.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX — 4th of July celebrations are the highlight of this weekend for every city across the country, and it's no different in Montgomery County.

After a hiatus last year because of the coronavirus pandemic, The Woodlands is bringing back its Red, Hot & Blue Festival and Fireworks Extravaganza. The festival takes place across multiple locations in The Woodlands and lasts from 6-10 p.m. on the 4th of July.

Another notable annual celebration returning to Montgomery County is Freedom Fest, which will be held 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Independence Eve, in Montgomery. Freedom Fest is full of fun for the whole family with an anything-but-a-trailer parade, a junior creative arts show and plenty of food and craft vendors.
