5 Arrested On Narcotics Charges In Montgomery County Raid

Cops seize 10 pounds of hydro-ponic-grown marijuana, marijuana-infused edibles, , 300 marijuana-infused vape pens, cash and weapons

CONROE, TX -- A multi-agency task force serving a warrant at a home in Conroe resulted in the arrest of four men, one woman, and the seizure of marijuana, cash and weapons.

Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and the Conroe Police Department served a search warrant in the 19000 block of FM 1314 on Monday evening, and seized 10 pounds of hydroponic-grown marijuana, 14 kilograms of marijuana-infused edibles, 11 ounces of marijuana wax, 300 marijuana-infused vape pens, two guns and $11,639 cash.

Daniel Marquardt, 26, Shannan Moore, 24, and Cody Pittman, 21, who were inside the home at the time, were each charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and money laundering, both felony charges. (Sign up for Patch’s daily newsletter for your neighborhood.)

Several people drove up to the home during the investigation, which resulted in other arrests.

Arrested at the scene were Walter Cordaro, 43, for misdemeanor marijuana possession and Donald Sullivan, 30, for felony possession of a controlled substance.

All five were taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

Cordaro and Sullivan were later released on bond.

Marquart and Pittman have bond set at $250,000.

Information on Moore was not available.
