• Conroe ISD extends school hours to bank inclement weather days (yourconroenews.com) — Families in Conroe ISD will see school days get slightly longer starting Oct. 13, as the district adds a few minutes to daily schedules to make up for a September weather closure and bank time for future storms. High school, elementary, intermediate, and junior high campuses will all shift start times earlier, but bus pickup and campus arrival windows will remain the same.
