Conroe ISD Taps Successor For Superintendent Don Stockton

Conroe ISD has chosen Deputy Superintendent Curtis Null as the lone finalist to succeed the retiring Superintendent Don Stockton

CONROE, TX — The Conroe ISD board of trustees has chosen a familiar face to lead the district in 2018 and beyond.

Deputy Superintendent Curtis Null was named the lone finalist to succeed Superintendent Don Stockton, who will officially retire at the end of this school year.

Stockton's last day on the job will be June 4.

Null has worn a number of hats in Conoe ISD, including assistant superintendent for secondary education in Conroe ISD and principal of Conroe High School.

By law, the district must wait 21 days before officially name Null as the new superintendent.
