Former Montgomery County Peace Officer Charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault

James Patrick is accused of molesting a family member in 2000, when she was 10-years old.

CONROE, TX -- A former Montgomery County Peace Officer and minister is behind bars, charged with aggravated sexual assault, after a woman claimed he molested her 17 years ago.

James Patrick, 44, is accused of molesting a then-10-year old girl, who is also a family member, according to court documents.

Patrick held positions in law enforcement from 1996 to 2012 with the Willis Police Department, the Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office, and the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office where he served as a school resource officer in Willis.

According to court documents, Patrick was confronted in 2016 by the victim’s family and allegedly admitted to the sexual assault.
