​Get in Shape at Lone Star -Montgomery’s 'Healthier U' Expo

Events take place Wednesday, April 5 and Thursday April 6 at the LSC-Montgomery campus.

CONROE, TX -- If your New Year’s resolution is to stay in shape, look no further than Lone Star College-Montgomery’s “Healthier U” wellness expo, job fair and golf tournament. Save the date, the event will kick off Wednesday, April 5. Now in its 20th year, the event is a community-wide wellness expo, job fair and golf tournament that provides scholarships for students while promoting healthy living in the community. The expo is open to the public. Attendees can learn more about getting and staying fit at free demonstrations with giveaways from local health-related businesses.

Mark your calendars: events take place Wednesday, April 5 and Thursday April 6 at the LSC-Montgomery campus.

The Maverick Open Golf Tournament takes place on Friday, April 7 at 8:30 a.m. at the River Plantation Country Club.
