San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers told KPRC that this was the worst case of child pornography he'd encountered in his 36-year law enforcement career.

"It's very disturbing. It's atrocious. I don't see how another human being can do this stuff to children," Capers said.

Tumlinson was charged with more than 3,100 counts of child pornography and is being held in the San Jacinto County Jail without bond.

His father, Patrick Tumlinson, 47, was also arrested and is charged with four counts of failure to report sexual abuse, according to a KTRK report.

The charges are misdemeanor charges, and a judge has set Patrick Tumlinson's bail at $40,000 total.

Arrested with the Tumlinsons was Cody Franklin, 28, who is being held without bond and is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.

The case remains under investigation.
