Deputies said Blake was found in the master bedroom holding a knife and after being ordered several times to drop it, lungedd at deputies who shot him to death.

Deputies also found the body of Blake’s wife, 38-year old Rose Blake, inside the home.

Deputies also found a lengthy note describing issues within the family, that they believe was written by either the boy’s mother or father.

Investigators said the child will be cared for by family members.

Deputies are unsure of a motive for the stabbing.
