MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX — A 32-year old man was arrested Friday night after investigators say he shot his wife to death. Rafael Leos Trejo was is charged with murder and is being held in the Montgomery County Jail. Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies were called to a home in the 2300 block of Kylie Court at 11:30 p.m., after Leos Trejo called 911 and reported that his wife had been shot. When deputies arrived they found 28-year old Jessica Leos <a href="http://abc13.com/husband-accused-of-fatally-shooting-wife-in-montgomery-co-/3099566/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">shot to death</a> inside the home, KTRK reported.
